Please note, this is not a training, and it is not therapy. – Hosted by the Center for Mindful Body Awareness. 4 weeks starting September 24, 2026

  • Interoceptive Awareness & Spiritual Experience

I am passionate about the science of Interoceptive Awareness and Spiritual Experience, and the overlap between these two phenomena in the context of Opioid Use Disorder treatment and the implications for public mental health. I integrate my understanding of the science and impact of integrating touch into mind-body treatments for improved self-efficacy and wellbeing. I would love to share what I have learned with your group: physicians, integrative medicine enthusiasts, massage or psychology students, or other interested people. I offer presentations, workshops tailored to your group. I also instruct, supervise and present through the Center for Mindful Body Awareness.
